Census - Added 2-9-2009
The constitution, foundation and anchor for the US system of freedom and government, clearly defines the responsibility of the Census as belonging solely to the Commerce Department. The 44th President and staff are now planning on moving he responsiblity of his critical function to the Whitehouse directly. What does this mean? What are the risks? What would be the benefit?
